Return Policy
At BLACKWATER FTP ENTERPRISES LLC, we stand behind the quality of the products we provide. We accept returns of eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition.
- Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Authorization
Customers must contact BLACKWATER FTP ENTERPRISES LLC before returning merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, installed, altered, damaged, or modified merchandise.
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise identified as such at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards and special-order or customized products.
- Items that cannot legally or safely be accepted for return.
- Products designated as non-returnable by the manufacturer.
Defective Merchandise & Warranties
Defective products may be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process. We will assist customers with documentation and contact information for manufacturer claims when applicable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and successfully inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by BLACKWATER FTP ENTERPRISES LLC.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. However, if the item received was incorrect, damaged in transit, or resulted from our error, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
