The winner remains responsible for any personal federal, state, or local income-tax obligations or reporting requirements arising from receipt of a prize. FIREARM ELIGIBILITY AND TRANSFER: BLACKWATER FTP ENTERPRISES LLC / FTP Arms is a federally licensed FFL. All federal, state, and local laws apply. A winner must be legally eligible to receive and possess the prize. Any firearm prize is subject to all required transfer procedures, including completion of required paperwork, background-check requirements, FFL transfer requirements, and applicable state and local restrictions. If a selected winner cannot lawfully receive the prize, the prize will not be transferred to that person and the Official Rules' alternate-winner procedure may apply. WINNER NOTIFICATION: A selected winner must contact BLACKWATER FTP ENTERPRISES LLC within 3 days of receiving winner notification to begin eligibility verification and any required transfer or prize-claim paperwork. Failure to respond or complete required steps may result in application of the alternate-winner procedures stated in the Official Rules, where permitted by law. CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION: BLACKWATER FTP ENTERPRISES LLC intends to allocate $1 for each valid sweepstakes entry from each sweepstakes toward its FTP charitable initiative for donation to a selected charity at the end of the year. PRIZE CLAIM PERIOD: After a prize has been announced as available for transfer, pickup, or shipment, the verified winner must complete the required claim and transfer steps within 30 days unless additional time is reasonably required because of background-check processing, FFL transfer requirements, shipping, legal restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the winner's reasonable control.
